Could there be a future Oprah Winfrey in our midst? Well, that’s what the new competition series on the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) is on the hunt to find out.

In “Your OWN Show: Oprah’s Search for the Next TV Star,” co-hosted by Nancy O’Dell (“Access Hollywood”) and Carson Kressley (“Queer Eye for the Straight Guy”), 10 finalists (picked from 15,000 entrants!) will compete for the ultimate prize: their own talk show to air on the network. Watch out, Rosie O’Donnell!

“Now I can check off one of my career goals, which is to work with the amazing Oprah Winfrey,” O’Dell, who left ‘Access Hollywood’ after 13 years in 2009, said in a statement.

Finalists will participate in a “host boot camp,” with challenges ranging from booking interviews to researching story ideas (stuff we’re sure Oprah has done lots of).

Each episode will feature a celebrity judge who will utilize his or her “expertise” to assist the contestants.

The show, produced by reality king Mark Burnett (“Survivor,” “The Apprentice”), is set to premiere in January.
