GOLDEN TICKET: In a new episode of “Top Chef: Just Desserts,” the contestants work together to create a room inspired by the movie “Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory,” at 10 p.m. on Bravo.

Survivor: South Pacific: Two series veterans return to outwit, outplay and outlast 16 new contestants in the season premiere. Emmy-winner Jeff Probst returns as host (8 p.m. CBS).
America’s Got Talent: Nick Cannon reveals the winner in the season finale (8 p.m. NBC).
H8R: Celebs often meet their “biggest fans,” but in this new series celebrities get to confront their most vocal haters (8 p.m. KTLA).
Melissa & Joey: This comedy wraps its season with back-to-back episodes (8 and 8:30 p.m. ABC Family).
America’s Next Top Model: The unscripted series returns with an all-star cast made up of past fan favorites and outrageous personalities from previous seasons. Tyra Banks hosts, with her panel of celebrity judges including Nicki Minaj, Kathy Griffin, LaToya Jackson, Ashlee Simpson and others (9 p.m. KTLA).
Big Brother: The winner is revealed in the season finale (9:30 p.m. CBS).
Up All Night: In this new sitcom a couple (Christina Applegate, Will Arnett) find their careers, their marriage and their good night’s sleep disrupted when they bring home their baby daughter (10 p.m. NBC).
Necessary Roughness: Dani (Callie Thorne) has a new client in the season finale (10 p.m. USA).
Free Agents: Alex and Helen (Hank Azaria, Kathryn Hahn) work together at a big-time public relations firm in this new sitcom (10:30 p.m. NBC).
SPECIALS
Scammed: This two-hour special looks at the history of cons and con artists. Paul Wilson, a famed con man, and his team explore long and complicated schemes and even the micro-cons that have plagued unsuspecting people throughout history (9 p.m. History).

Baseball: The Angels visit Oakland (12:30 p.m. FSN); the Arizona visits the Dodgers (7 p.m. FS Prime).
