MLB draft: USC shortstop goes No. 13 to Oakland Athletics

USC shortstop Grant Green has been selected No. 13 by the Oakland Athletics. Green, an Anaheim Canyon graduate, was a three-year standout for the Trojans. He was named the top pro prospect in last summer’s Cape Cod League.
