Joel Cruz Perez, 50, a Latino man, was killed with Norma Lorena Rodriguez, 48, in the double homicide reported above. His time of death was listed as 10:10 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 26.

Update: This case has been partially cleared. Two suspects, a 26-year-old Latino man and a 16-year-old Latino youth, are in custody. A third suspect, a 24-year-old Pacific Islander, is at large.
