I made reference in an earlier blog about a catch by Woodbridge tight end Kyle O’Mara making a one-handed catch that was as good as any you’ll see. Well, I have proof.

Here is a photo by family friend Linda Lang Pierce illustrating the degree of difficulty. Click the picture to enlarge it. I would have posted the image in a more timely fashion, but the technology exceeded me -- like a lot of other things.
