A 20-yard touchdown reception by Jordan Payton helped Oaks Christian take a 13-10 halftime lead over Bellevue at Mission Viejo.

There have been personal foul and unsportsmanlike conduct penalties during a ragged first half. Oaks Christian’s lack of a kicking game has hurt the Lions. Quarterback Luke Falk has been intercepted twice.
