Paul Berney said he bought CDH Metals Inc.

Berney, who is president of Los Angeles-based Ducommun Metals, said he has acquired a 100% interest in CDH Metals, one of the nation’s operators of metal service centers. CDH Metals is composed of Ducommun Metals, based in Los Angeles, and two other metals operations, Centaur Metals of Philadelphia and House of Stainless in Chicago. Berney bought CDH Metals from Robert Newstadt, a private investor. The purchase price was not disclosed.
