Mitchell L. Lathrop, managing partner of Rogers & Wells’ local office, has been named presiding referee of the State Bar Court.
At Great American First Savings Bank, chief financial officer Roger K. Lindbland, loan group manager Barry I. Newman and legal and branch administration head Marc W. Sandstrom have been promoted to senior executive vice presidents. In addition, corporate banking manager Ron Arehart, commercial real estate lending manager Rich Gannon and director of corporate relations Jan Strode have been promoted to first vice presidents.
