2 U.S. Firms in Guam Incorporate for Tax Break

AGANA, Guam ( — Boeing Co., United Technologies Corp. and Mobil Corp. are among 86 U.S. exporters that have incorporated foreign sales corporations here to take advantage of federal tax incentives, Guam’s territorial government said.
In addition, another 60 firms’ applications are being processed and are expected to be signed before the Dec. 31 deadline.
