A man sought by Scottsdale, Ariz., police on charges of practicing medicine without a license has been arrested by San Diego police. Patrick Alvin Lorey, 47, was detained Tuesday while he was on his way to the South San Diego mortuary, where he worked as a hearse driver. Police said Lorey, a doctor who has lost his license, had been under surveillance since he arrived in San Diego two weeks ago. Lorey also had a small amount of marijuana in his possession at the time of his arrest, police said. He is being held at the County Jail, awaiting extradition to Scottsdale.
