Equidon Plans Second in Network of Parley Centers

The second in a network of rentable electronic conference centers is planned in Equidon’s 125-acre Wateridge Corporate Park on Sorrento Mesa in San Diego.
Expected to cost $500,000 to build or $850,000 including operational equipment, the three-building conference center is being designed to combine audio/visual production and presentation capabilities with an executive meeting room equipped with the latest in electronic communications technology.
Equidon Cos. of San Diego and Visual Marketing Associates of Long Beach have entered into a partnership to develop the network, which started last July with the opening of a 1,500-square-foot conference center in Long Beach.
