16 Rescued From Ship Burning Off Puerto Rico

MIAMI — The Coast Guard rescued 16 crew members who abandoned their burning Venezuelan ship southwest of Puerto Rico, officials said Friday. No injuries were reported in the blaze, which started when a fuel leak ignited the ship’s cargo of paper.
