Pair Plead Not Guilty:Not-guilty pleas were entered in the Central Orange County Municipal Court arraignments of the president and secretary-treasurer of a bankrupt Irvine development company. The two were charged in a 20-count felony complaint alleging embezzlement, forgery, bribery and grand theft. Gerald F. Goeden, who was president of the Goeden Co. until the firm filed for protection under federal bankruptcy laws in January, 1984, and his wife, Betty Jo Goeden, who was secretary-treasurer, entered their pleas before Judge B. Tam Nomoto. The couple waived their rights to a speedy preliminary hearing and will reappear before Judge Nomoto June 17 for a date to be set for a preliminary hearing.
