Saga Corp., Menlo Park, announced the following changes in senior management personnel: Laurence B. Mindel, president of the restaurant group; Jeffrey O. Henly, president of the fast-service restaurant group; James W. Morrell, vice chairman of the administrative group; Ralph A. Pica, assistant to the chairman; Fedele R. Bauccio, president of Stuart Anderson’s Black Angus/Cattle Co. restaurant division, and Charles A. Frank, president of Spectrum Foods division. Robert C. Van Horn will continue as president of the contract food-services group. Mindel and Van Horn were elected corporate officers.
