Haralson, Moss Win Oceanside 10K Race

Oceanside runner Frank Haralson ran a time of 32:15 to win the men’s division of the Oceanside Harbor Jaycee 10K Saturday. Gary Wallace came in second at 33:12 and Thomas French took third at 33:45.
Julie Moss won the women’s division, finishing at 39:55. Diane Riley was second at 40:14, and Cindy Van Netta was third at 42:42.
