Malaysia Fights AIDS

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia — Foreigners who are suspected carriers of AIDS will be barred from entering Malaysia, Health Minister Chin Hon Ngian told Parliament. “If we know about a suspected AIDS case, he will be refused entry,” he said, adding that no screening of visitors is planned. No known cases of acquired immune deficiency syndrome have been reported so far in Malaysia.
