Jeffrey Wernick was appointed general counsel and head of business affairs for DIC Enterprises in Encino. Wernick comes from the Los Angeles office of Donovan Leisure Newton & Irvine, a law firm based in New York City. DIC Enterprises produces cartoons for television and films.
