Steel has been topped out on the $15-million, three-story Manhattan Beach office plaza under construction by loomis & Eick at 225 Sepulveda Blvd., Manhattan beach. Completion is scheduled for this winter on the 63,000-square foot structure designed by Herbert Nadel AIA & Associates.
