Wallace Is Winner in Magnolia District

Magnolia School District board member candidate Esther H. Wallace was the clear winner in Tuesday’s election with 869 votes or 23.6% of the vote. An error in Tuesday’s election tables gave an inaccurate count of Wallace’s votes. Incumbent board members Ray Morales and Richard K. Shimeall were also reelected to the Magnolia district board.
