Jorge Rivero, Jose A. Valle, Manuel A. Diaz, Jaime Escalante, Frank Zuniga, Elias Liberman, Pedro Izquierdo, Rosa E. Alvarez and the California Hispanic Cultural Society are winners of the El Cesar award, presented by ASTEPA (Panamerican Theatrical Assn. Inc.) to outstanding Latinos working in theater and entertainment.
An awards dinner will be held at the Hyatt Wilshire Hotel at 7:30 p.m. Saturday.
