Arcadia : Project Hearing Set

A public hearing on a proposed housing development in the foothills north of Whispering Pines Estate will be conducted by the City Council Jan. 7. Construction of 22 single-family homes off Whispering Pines Drive would involve grading steep slopes, a move opposed by many residents of the area who object to what they call loss of their views and privacy. The developer is Bluth Development Inc. of Arcadia.
