An internal investigation was reopened by the San Francisco Sheriff’s Department into a July bachelor party during which Chief Deputy John Courtney was photographed with a naked stripper from the Miss Nude America agency. Courtney reportedly has denied that anything improper happened at the Millbrae affair, attended by 18 off-duty deputies. A previous investigation was inconclusive, but a new one began after copies of the photographs began circulating at City Hall and the Hall of Justice.
