Former President Henry L. Wright Honored by AIA

Henry Lyman Wright, past president of both the American Institute of Architects and the institute’s Los Angeles chapter, was honored at the chapter’s annual recognition dinner and holiday party at USC’s Town & Gown.
Wright, an emeritus fellow of the institute, became president of Kistner, Wright & Wright Architects & Engineers in 1962. The firm has specialized in schools, colleges and other public buildings in the Southland.
The firm has also been a consultant to school districts in New Orleans and Tucson and has been a consultant on the design of state college facilities in Colorado.
