BRATS

Thompson-Wolf’s blatantly jealous, no-class criticism of the Brat Packer’s is patently untrue.
As a former student of Peggy Feury’s, I know that Sean Penn and Nicolas Cage spent long devoted hours developing their craft. It shows on the screen as does Timothy Hutton and Emilio Estevez’s fine performances.
I doubt that the two acting greats, Robert Duvall and Rip Torn, would have anything but praise for the Brat Packers that Thompson-Wolf mentioned. They know what it takes.
Fortunately, in films a name only gets you in the door. Talent gets you the job.
