Hassan Delays U.S. Visit

RABAT, Morocco — King Hassan II of Morocco has announced postponement of his planned visit to Washington for unspecified health reasons. The king was due in the United States on Tuesday for talks with President Reagan on the Middle East and the controversial treaty of union between Morocco and Libya.
