A hearing set for today to decide how much the Irvine Co. is worth--and consequently how much property tax the company owes Orange County--has been pushed back to Nov. 18. The hearing is being delayed while the county’s tax assessors and the company try to reach an agreement on some preliminary issues in order to shorten the proceedings.
