Killed 10 Vietnamese, Cambodian Rebels Say

BANGKOK, Thailand — Cambodian guerrillas have killed 10 Vietnamese soldiers in an attack on a train carrying supplies to Vietnamese troops in Cambodia, the rebels’ radio station said Thursday.
The Voice of Democratic Kampuchea, in a broadcast monitored in Bangkok, said the 11-car train was en route to Cambodia’s capital, Phnom Penh, from the port of Kompong Som when it was attacked Aug. 1.
