Article on Shooting

The writer of “Woman Slain, Gunman Killed at Mall in Canoga Park” (July 20) had absolutely no information and seemed to be winging it, and very badly at that. The end of the article takes the cake: The motive for the shooting was “ ‘apparently a marital dispute’ although he said he did not know if the victims were married.” Isn’t a marital dispute usually between married people?
