Reagan to Fill Energy Post

WASHINGTON — President Reagan said Thursday he will nominate James Allen Wampler of Centralia, Ill., to be assistant secretary of energy for fossil energy. Wampler, 41, is vice chancellor of administration for the Illinois Eastern Community Colleges.
