Don Rogers: His Unselfishness Was Touching

Thank you for the poignant article on Don Rogers. I did not have a great deal of empathy for Don Rogers or any other athlete who had so much, and seemingly chose to gamble with the future.

The article brought out the generosity and unselfishness of the man which touched me greatly. This is a true loss, not only to the NFL, but to a society that does not have enough human beings like Don Rogers.
