Gerard C. Bastiaanse has rejoined the Newport Beach law office of Los Angeles-based Kindel & Anderson as a partner. Bastiaanse, 50, who had been with the firm for 16 years, was part of the 25-lawyer Newport Beach office that split off in April to form a new firm. The Newport Beach resident, who practices general corporate law, is Kindel & Anderson’s only full-time partner in the Orange County office, though seven other partners work partial weeks in the county.
