Fire swept through a two-story Covina office building, causing the ceiling to cave in and resulting in an estimated $1 million in damage. Covina, West Covina, Monrovia and LaVerne firefighters fought the 2:15 a.m. blaze at 300 N. Citrus St. Its cause was under investigation.
