Peter Mueller led a Swiss sweep of the top three places in the opening men’s downhill of the 1986-87 World Cup ski season at Las Lenas, Argentina.
Mueller was timed in 1:37.69 on the El Mercurio course in the Andes. Karl Alpiger was second in 1:38.08, and Franz Heinzer was third in 1:38.25.
