PacTel Communications, based in Walnut Creek, named William R. Lasher as a vice president and chief financial officer. Lasher formerly was controller of Harris Digital Telephone Systems and previously was senior analyst at Texas Instruments and a management consultant with Theodore Barry & Associates in Los Angeles.
A sister company, PacTel InfoSystems, named Paul G. Attard vice president for sales at the company’s customer centers, where it markets information systems for businesses.
