Envoy Arrives in Beirut

BEIRUT — U.S. Ambassador John H. Kelly arrived in Lebanon Friday to take up his new post.
Kelly, 47, a U.S. Foreign Service officer since 1964, has held diplomatic posts in Turkey, Thailand and France.
