Edward DeBaca singled across the winning run in the fifth inning, and Troy Kelly added a two-run home run as Tucson defeated Sarasota, Fla., 4-1, to advance to the championship of the Little League World Series.
In the other semifinal, Tainan, Taiwan, beat Maracaibo, Venezuela, 11-4.
