Baby Moses Undergoes Minor Surgery to Correct Crossed Eyes

Baby Moses, the longest-living infant heart transplant recipient, successfully underwent minor surgery Friday to correct his crossed eyes, hospital officials at Loma Linda University Medical Center said.
“It was routine eye surgery,” spokeswoman Anita Rockwell said of the operation to reduce the strain on a muscle that controls the eyeball.
Rockwell said the operation was done on an outpatient basis, although the child was kept in the hospital for several hours for observation.
