Catalina Landing Now More Than 50% leased

With the signing of six leases with a combined value of nearly $10 million, the $50-million Catalina Landing office and retail complex on the waterfront in downtown Long Beach is more than 50% leased, according to the Torrance office of Cushman & Wakefield of California Inc., the leasing agent.
