Dunn Properties Inc., Santa Ana, has started work on the nine-building, $4.5-million Grand Circle Commercenter at Grand Boulevard and Joy Street in Corona.
First occupancy in the 79,119-square-foot project near the junction of Interstate 15 and the Riverside (91) Freeway is planned for next March, according to Dunn Properties, a subsidiary of Pacific Lighting. The Spanish-style complex was designed by Richard Kent Architect, Irvine.
“While the entire Inland Empire continues to experience rapid commercial/industrial growth, Corona’s location gives it the necessary freeway and rail connections to become a major growth center with excellent access to Riverside, Orange, Los Angeles, San Bernardino and San Diego counties,” according to Joseph J. Ehret of Iliff, Thorn & Co., Orange, the broker.
