M. J. Brock to Add Residential Unit

M.J. Brock & Sons Inc., a Los Angeles-based general contracting, development and mortgage banking firm, will soon add a residential development division in San Diego. The firm has similar divisions in Sacramento, Orange/Riverside counties and Denver as well as Los Angeles.
Jack Harter, president, said that the company, which recently was purchased by its management for $80 million from CIGNA, will “expand existing operations, enter new areas and explore new markets.”
Brock’s current annual revenues exceed $150 million. The firm was founded in 1922.
