The first phase has 34 two- and three-bedroom houses in three floor plans with 1,312-1,562 square feet, priced from $103,990 to $112,950. Occupancy is scheduled for this fall.
All plans feature two-story layouts to separate the sleeping areas from the rest of the rooms. Other features include up to three baths, a den in the two-bedroom plan, air conditioning, a wood-burning fireplace, two-car garages with direct access, and wood rear- and side-yard fencing.
Monthly dues for the Creekside planned development are $51. The development features lighted tennis courts, recreation centers with pools and spas and greenbelt areas.
Three models decorated by Creative Design Consultants are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily at 2712 Foxglen Loop, reached from the southbound Archibald Avenue exit of the Pomona (60) Freeway.
