More than 70 of the 198 units in the $12-million Palm Terrace Retirement Center in Laguna Hills have been rented, according to a spokeswoman for the Radnor Corp., the developers.
Designed by Neptune & Thomas Associates, San Diego, and built by the M. H. Golden Co., San Diego, the development at Moulton Parkway and Calle Aragon includes the four-story residential complex, a 16,700-square-foot recreation and dining pavilion and a 99-bed health-care facility.
The center, which opened last March, is operated by Beverly Enterprises. Radnor is based in Radnor, Pa.
