Waite, Howland Win Divisions at Velodrome

John Waite of Huntington Beach and Juliann Howland of La Mesa won the senior division 750-meter sprints at the Encino Velodrome Saturday night.
Waite defeated Paul Swift of San Diego in the men’s race while Howland defeated Tammy Fiola of Bellflower in the women’s.
