State Atty. Gen Charles M. Oberly won the Democratic nomination for reelection in the only statewide contest in Delaware’s primary elections. Returns in from most polling places showed Oberly defeating Brian Bartley, a deputy public defender, by more than 2 to 1. Oberly’s opponents in November will be attorney J. Dallas Winslow, a Republican who was unopposed in the primary, and the American Party candidate Businessman David S. DeReimer.
