Coldwell Banker Buys 3 Kansas Real Estate Offices

Continuing a flurry of buying, Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group has purchased the real estate operations of Century 21/Fairway Real Estate in two counties in Kansas. Neither the sale price nor the terms of the agreement were disclosed.
The company said that Fairway’s principals will retain their management positions at the offices.
The acquisition brings Coldwell Banker three new offices in Kansas, for a total of 31 offices throughout the state.
Newport Beach-based Coldwell Banker--the real estate arm of Sears, Roebuck & Co.--said Fairway is the 11th real estate company it has acquired this year. The acquisitions have been in Florida, New Jersey, Washington, North Carolina, Wisconsin and Ohio and total 38 residential real estate offices.
