Scovill Inc. has agreed to sell the Waterbury, Conn.-based manufacturer of blenders, electric knives and mixers to HB Holdings Corp., a subsidiary of Glen Dimplex Ltd. of Dunleer, Ireland. Scovill, a subsidiary of Beverly Hills-based First City Industries, makes consumer, housing and industrial products.
