Security Pacific bought a bank in Washington.

The Los Angeles banking company, continuing its acquisition spree in the Western United States, said it has purchased the small, troubled Harbor Security Bank from Washington Independent Bancshares. Harbor Security, based in McLeary, Wash., near Olympia, has three offices and assets of about $10 million. Security Pacific said it will rename the bank Washington Bank but did not disclose terms of the purchase.
