Dayton Hudson sold 24 former Gemco sites.

A spokesman said the Minneapolis-based retailer entered into a contract for the sale of the locations to Alexander Haagen Co., a Manhattan Beach developer. The sites were among 76 former Gemco sites that Dayton Hudson’s Target discount store division purchased in December from Lucky Stores. Terms of the sale to Haagen were not disclosed.
