Shirley Elected President of Industrial Realtors

Kim R. Shirley, president of Omni Properties of Irvine, has been elected president of the Southern California chapter, Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, succeeding William Schnee of the Klabin Co.
At the same meeting, Joseph R. Kraus III, vice president and manager of the Seeley Co.’s San Fernando Valley office, was named the 15th recipient of the Roy C. Seeley Award, given in honor of one of the founders of the society.
The award is presented to a member of the chapter “who has maintained high standards of professionalism, demonstrated honesty and integrity, and commanded the respect of his peers.”
Other new officers include Jay D. Haskell of the Seeley Co. in Los Angeles, vice president; Ed Meserve of Grubb & Ellis Commercial Brokerage Co. in Newport Beach, secretary, and Charles E. Crookall of the Crookall Co. in Newport Beach, treasurer.
