Alex Garcia of North Hollywood, national amateur super-heavyweight champion, will box Richard Harrell of Los Angeles in a four-round bout tonight at the Country Club in Reseda. Garcia knocked out Cliff Melbourne of Portland in the first round of his pro debut Feb. 6. The eight-bout card will start at 8 p.m.
